Glastonbury Junior Guardians Baseball is a non-profit, 501-3c, community focused organization dedicated to developing young athletes of strong character through participation in a competitive baseball program.

We partner closely with Glastonbury High School Baseball to create a clear, aligned development pathway that keeps players training, competing, and growing within the Glastonbury community. By collaborating on skill development standards, coaching philosophies, and player expectations, we prepare athletes at the youth level for a smooth transition into the high school program. This intentional partnership helps retain local talent, strengthens continuity across age groups, and builds a sustainable, competitive high school program rooted in Glastonbury baseball.
